Influencer Manager

Influencer Manager for Fenomen Kultury, a team organizing concerts in historic palaces and estates in Moscow. Responsibilities include blogger outreach, negotiations, campaign analytics, and reporting. Hybrid work format.

We are the Fenomen Kultury team. We organize concerts in historic palaces, estates, and atmospheric spaces in Moscow. We combine live music, aesthetics, and rare locations, turning each event into a work of art. We are expanding and looking for an influencer manager to help us build systematic work with bloggers: finding suitable opinion leaders, negotiating placements, monitoring results, and turning each integration into a brand growth tool.

• Experience working with bloggers and integrations from 1 year (agency, brand, or freelance — doesn't matter). • Ability to negotiate and build communication effectively. • Sense of style, visual awareness, and understanding of who fits the brand aesthetically. • Self-organization and responsibility: ability to manage multiple processes in parallel and bring tasks to completion. Nice to have: • Experience with projects in events, art, fashion, or premium segment. • Own database of bloggers or established contacts.
