Influence Marketing Specialist in an International IT Product

Influence marketing specialist for an international IT product. Remote, salary to be discussed, candidates outside RF/RB and sanctioned jurisdictions.

Responsibilities: - Build systematic work with the influencer channel with a focus on ROI and measurable performance results; - Find, analyze, and verify creators and platforms on YouTube, Telegram, and other social media (including direct integrations, work through agencies, special projects, and ambassador programs); - Conduct negotiations on terms: agree on formats, timings, push for discounts, special prices, and bonus placements; - Develop and test conversion ad approaches and creative concepts (independently and with the team); - Plan advertising budget, control spending, and conduct deep post-campaign analytics.

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in buying advertising from influencers, including mandatory experience in international markets; - Solid quantifiable cases with clear performance metrics; - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable commercial terms; - Experience in creating and testing working advertising combinations and creatives; - Full autonomy at all stages of the deal; - Fluent Russian and confident English (B2+ and above); - Own warm base of creators and agencies, as well as experience launching ambassador programs, will be a plus.
