Influence-marketing specialist for a product team, fully remote. Salary from 100,000 RUB, experience with influencer campaigns and analytics required.

Plan and launch advertising campaigns with bloggers and thematic channels. Select authors and platforms for the project's audience, check audience quality, reach, and engagement. Negotiate with bloggers and agencies, agree on pricing and collaboration terms. Develop integration ideas, prepare briefs, and control content quality. Monitor trends in social media and influence marketing, adapt suitable formats for the project. Manage the budget, deadlines, and fulfillment of agreements. Analyze reach, clicks, installations, registrations, and user acquisition cost; maintain a database of placements and improve future campaigns.

At least 3 years of mandatory experience in influence marketing with cases showing concrete results. Experience independently managing integrations: from blogger selection to performance analysis. Ability to assess audience quality, detect fake engagement, and choose bloggers for project tasks. Understanding of acquisition metrics and data-driven decision-making. Independence, systematic approach, and accountability for results. Experience promoting mobile apps, digital products, or lifestyle projects is a plus.
