Influence Manager

Influence manager needed for 'Fenomen Kul'tury' to develop work with bloggers and integrations. Full-time in Moscow, remote until October then hybrid. Experience from 1 year.

Create atmospheric concerts in historical palaces, estates and unusual spaces in Moscow. Responsibilities: - find bloggers matching target audience and brand aesthetics; - negotiate placements and maintain communication; - prepare briefs and support integrations; - collect and maintain a database of bloggers; - analyze reach, ER, transitions and conversions; - propose new cooperation formats.

- experience with bloggers from 1 year; - strong negotiation and communication skills; - aesthetic sense and style; - self-sufficiency and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. Nice to have: experience in events, art, fashion or premium segment, as well as own blogger database.

- Moscow; - full-time, 10:00–19:00; - remote until October, then hybrid 3 days per week in an office in the center.
