Influence Manager

Influence Manager at OOO FENOMEN for Fenomen Kultury, a project of atmospheric concerts in historic venues in Moscow. Full-time, remote until October then hybrid. Salary from 80,000 RUB.

Fenomen Kultury connects live music, aesthetics, and rare locations, turning each event into a special cultural experience. Responsibilities: - Search and select bloggers matching the target audience and brand aesthetics - Negotiate and agree on placement terms - Maintain a blogger database and regular communication - Prepare briefs, transfer materials, and control integration deadlines - Collect and analyze statistics: reach, ER, clicks, conversions - Prepare reports on completed integrations - Monitor influence marketing trends and propose new cooperation formats

- At least 1 year of experience working with bloggers and integrations - Negotiation and communication skills - Good taste, sense of style, and understanding of blogger-brand aesthetic fit - Independence, responsibility, and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously - Ability to work with analytics and evaluate integration effectiveness Nice to have: experience in events, art, fashion, or premium segment, as well as own blogger database or established contacts
