Influence Manager

TRUNTSEV AGENCY is hiring an Influence Manager to work with famous artists, brands, and projects. Requires 1+ year experience in advertising or influencer agency, Moscow residence, remote work with occasional shoots.

TRUNTSEV AGENCY is looking for an initiative-taking specialist who can negotiate, close deals, and manage projects at all stages. Tasks: · Coordination of scripts, technical specifications, and advertising concepts; · Organizing shoots, controlling deadlines and agreements; · Document flow, controlling payments and closing documents; · Managing amoCRM, spreadsheets, and project reporting.

· Experience in advertising or influencer agency from 1 year — mandatory; · Understanding of the influencer marketing market; · Negotiation skills and ability to manage projects independently; · Residence in Moscow — mandatory.

· Mostly remote work; · Schedule 5/2, from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time; · Occasional trips to shoots and meetings as needed; · Fixed part based on interview results + bonuses for KPI.
