Influence Manager

TRUNTSEV AGENCY seeks an Influence Manager to work with famous artists, brands, and projects. Requires negotiation skills, 1+ year experience in advertising/influence agency, Moscow residency. Remote-friendly, fixed + bonuses.

Responsibilities: coordinating scripts, briefs, and advertising concepts; organizing shoots, controlling deadlines and agreements; managing document flow, payments, and closing documents; working with amoCRM, spreadsheets, and project reporting.

Experience in an advertising or influence agency from 1 year is mandatory; understanding of the influence marketing market; negotiation skills and ability to independently manage projects; residing in Moscow is mandatory.

Predominantly remote work; schedule 5/2, from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time; onsite trips for shoots and meetings as needed; fixed part after interview plus bonuses for KPIs.
