IDM System Development Specialist at cloud.ru in Moscow. Experience: 3-6 years. Salary discussed during interview. Responsibilities include IDM system support, access rights management, and project participation.

Support the operability and stable operation of the corporate Identity and Access Management (IDM) system. Monitor system status, identify and resolve issues and failures. Perform operations for granting, modifying, and revoking employee and external contractor access rights to company information resources. Analyze access rights change requests, verify compliance with organizational regulations and information security policies. Participate in projects to integrate IDM with new company systems and services. Conduct access rights audit procedures and control compliance with the principle of least privilege policy. Formulate and maintain departmental role profiles. Consult internal customers on granting and managing access rights. Prepare reports and analytical documentation on system operation. Formulate requirements for IDM functionality development, participate in their implementation. Interact with IT and business units of the company to ensure uninterrupted IDM operation.

Higher technical education (computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, applied mathematics, etc.). Experience as an IDM system support and administration specialist for at least 1 year. Understanding of Identity and Access Management principles (RBAC, ABAC, JIT access, least privilege). Skills in working with popular IDM platforms. Knowledge of information security fundamentals, understanding of authorization, authentication, and access control processes. Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting corporate systems. Readiness to work in a multitasking environment and respond promptly to incidents. Experience in administering systems deployed in containerized environments. Experience in administering operating systems and application software.
