HR Recruitment Manager

HR Recruitment Manager at Geotechconsulting, Moscow. Salary 80,000-100,000 RUB. Responsible for mass and targeted recruitment, HR reporting, and university relations.

Responsibilities: - Conduct targeted and mass recruitment: create job postings based on candidate profiles, post them, search and select applicants. - Form a talent pool. - Conduct testing and interviews, including with direct managers. - Prepare summary information about employees and recommendations for managers. - Conduct checks: make inquiries, prepare summary information. - Collect necessary documents for hiring. - Interact with universities and colleges: organize internships and attract specialists. - Prepare reports on work done and HR metrics.

- Higher professional education. - At least 3 years of recruitment experience in mass hiring. - Desire to grow and develop in HR. - Successful experience in closing vacancies within deadlines. - Skills in conducting various types of interviews. - Ability to easily find common ground with people and make objective decisions. - Willingness to comply with and promote ethical principles in the company.
