HR Professional in the Finance Sector

International company seeking an experienced HR professional in Limassol, Cyprus. Office-based role focusing on HR processes, compliance, and employee development.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional for our office in Limassol! If you have HR experience in the financial sector and are familiar with the specifics of the Cypriot labor market, we would be delighted to have you join our team. Main responsibilities: - Onboarding staff for various company departments. - Handling the entire hiring process: drafting employment contracts and ensuring compliance with Cypriot labor laws. - Liaising with government agencies regarding work permits, visas, and registration. - Organizing employee training and development, and evaluating employee performance. - Advising management and employees on HR matters. - Maintaining internal HR documentation and reporting.

- Experience in HR, preferably in the financial sector. - Excellent knowledge of Cypriot labor laws. - Experience handling local documentation (work permits, visas, etc.). - Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken). - Knowledge of HR processes and methodologies. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team. - Work permit for Cyprus.
