Uptrade is a unique Russian P2P (procurement-to-pay) platform for organizing the full procurement cycle of large businesses, industrial holdings, and enterprises. Our IT solution is a constructor of customizable modules: from ETP/SRM to B2B marketplace, with support for EDI and full integration with customer accounting systems. Role purpose: We are looking for an HR manager with strong numerical skills and experience in C&B. The main focus is on headcount and personnel cost analytics, KPIs, and bonuses. You will also be responsible for internal communications and corporate events, working closely with the HR Director. Responsibilities: - Analyze HC (headcount), dynamics, and structure, payroll and personnel costs. - Create and maintain HR dashboards, prepare reports. - Collect and analyze KPIs, support bonus processes, verify data for payments together with accounting. - Manage internal communications: write newsletters, news, and announcements, keep corporate information up to date. - Organize corporate events: from idea and budget to working with contractors and execution. - Support onboarding, medical insurance, and HR processes in interaction with the HR provider.

Practical experience in C&B and solid understanding of payroll, compensation structure, and bonus schemes. Excellent Excel skills: pivot tables, complex formulas, processing and reconciliation of large data sets. Experience in creating dashboards and analyzing HR metrics; ability to explain reasons for changes and formulate conclusions. Excellent written communication skills, experience in internal communications and event organization. Independence, attention to data, and responsibility for results.

Work schedule: 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00; Salary from 150 to 170 thousand rubles net. Office work format; Work at: Moscow, Smolenskaya Square, 5. Extended medical insurance with dentistry after probation period. Probation period: 3 months. Internal training; IT accreditation.
