Search and selection of candidates (minimum plan: 3 sales managers in the first month). Conduct initial screening and interviews. Organize initial adaptation process. Support signing of documents at the start of work. Improve adaptation processes and corporate culture.

Experience in HR from 1 year. Personnel selection skills. Experience with hh and other recruitment channels. Experience in cold search and selection of candidates (sales managers).
