2+ years of experience in an HR Manager / People Partner role Strong understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, performance management, employee lifecycle, engagement) Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level in English and Russian Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills High level of ownership Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work with data and make informed decisions Experience in the IT industry will be a plus Serbian language proficiency is nice to have.
