Responsibilities:• Conduct full cycle recruitment (linear, managerial, and niche positions)• Conduct interviews and assess both profile and potential• Conduct Performance Review, stay interviews, and exit interviews• Participate in building personnel assessment system• Work with recruitment analytics, seek new approaches and tools, improve hiring efficiency, and work not only through responses and HH

• Experience in recruitment (competency-based interviews, STAR, etc.) and closing C-Level vacancies; 3+ years• Experience in building and maintaining HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, HR branding)• Understanding of HR analytics and key HR metrics• Proactivity, independence• High level of independence and systems thinking• Confirmed achievements with specific numbers
