Online school is looking for an HR partner who will connect business with back-office, help managers manage teams, employees resolve HR issues, and the business achieve goals through HR tools. Tasks can be divided into three blocks: operations in common HR processes, team requests, and self-initiated projects. Responsibilities include developing a competency map and linking it to employee evaluation and growth, analyzing candidate funnel and requirements with recruiters, informing and supporting the team during team lead absence, implementing current HR processes and helping managers adapt.
