HR Admin & Immigration Specialist for an international industrial company in Limassol. Supports employee lifecycle, focusing on foreign workforce mobilization, immigration, and HR administration. On-site role.

The HR Admin & Immigration Specialist supports employee lifecycle processes with a focus on foreign workforce mobilization, immigration coordination, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth onboarding, compliance with local regulations, and effective coordination of employee documentation and accommodation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Mobilization & Onboarding (Foreign Personnel) Coordinate onboarding process for foreign employees Ensure all required documentation and registrations are completed Support induction and integration into the workplace 2. Immigration & Work Permit Administration (Core Responsibility) Coordinate work permits, visas, residence permits, and renewals Liaise with immigration agents and authorities Track deadlines, documentation, and compliance requirements Maintain structured records of all immigration processes 3. Accommodation & Employee Support Coordinate employee accommodation (allocation, check-in/out) Maintain accommodation records and basic tracking Support employees with relocation-related matters 4. Employee Documentation & Compliance Maintain HR documentation (contracts, disciplinary records, reports) Support labor law compliance and internal policy adherence Ensure proper document control and confidentiality 5. Trade Union & Legal Coordination Support communication with trade unions (if applicable) Assist HR/management with labor-related documentation 6. Office Administration & Guest Coordination Support office operations (supplies, coordination with vendors) Assist with visitor and guest arrangements

Experience in HR administration, immigration, or global mobility Strong organizational and documentation skills Familiarity with work permit / visa processes High level of responsibility and attention to deadlines Strong communication and coordination skills
