Helpdesk Specialist

Helpdesk Specialist position at PuninWine, a leading alcohol distributor in Cyprus, offering IT support experience for beginners. Office-based in Limassol.

Provide technical support to employees for computers, software, and corporate services; set up and maintain office equipment; manage user accounts and access rights; onboard new employees and deactivate access for departing ones; diagnose and resolve common technical issues; coordinate with external IT specialists for complex faults.

Work permit for Cyprus; basic knowledge of Windows, computers, and office equipment; understanding of IT fundamentals and desire to grow in technical support; ability to diagnose and solve basic technical problems; systematic approach, attentiveness, responsibility; basic English.
