Head of User Acquisition

Nexters is looking for a Head of User Acquisition for Hero Wars. Responsibilities include scaling paid channels, managing large budgets, and leading a team. Offers remote work, relocation, and health insurance.

We are making Hero Wars - 250M+ players and $2.5B+ revenue - and are now looking for someone to take UA to the next level. You will be responsible for user acquisition for Hero Wars: Dominion Era: scaling paid channels, managing 7-figure monthly budgets, testing bold hypotheses, and leading a team of up to 15 people.

Strong experience in performance/UA Thinking through CAC, LTV, ROI, not just CTR Experience with digital products Team management experience
