Elephant Games is looking for a UA Manager to plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on AppLovin, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Unity Ads, Mintegral, Moloco. Requires 3+ years of experience with video ad networks in GameDev. Remote work.

Responsibilities: - Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on AppLovin, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Unity Ads, Mintegral, Moloco. - Finding partners and purchasing incentivized traffic. - Full user acquisition (UA) cycle management: testing hypotheses, validating results, scaling successful initiatives. - Preparing and launching soft launch projects. - Monitoring, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and optimizing based on established KPIs using key metrics, including ROAS. - Collaborating with internal teams: ASO, creative production, analytics, product, etc. - Searching for and testing new tools, channels, and strategies. - Analyzing advertising campaigns through AppsFlyer to scale effective traffic sources.

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience with video ad networks (GameDev). - Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting). - Experience with various products, including web products, will be a plus (incent traffic, DSP, video networks). - Experience with subscription-based and ad-monetized products (games/utilities). - Experience with attribution and analytics systems (AppsFlyer, Adjust). - Understanding of key performance metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention, ARPU. - Experience in planning and building user acquisition funnels across different channels. - Experience in conducting tests and working with hypotheses. - English language - B1+. Will be a plus: * Experience with rewarded traffic.
