UBRIR is a large federal bank headquartered in the center of Yekaterinburg. The Department for Organizing Internal Procedures for Capital Adequacy Assessment of the Aggregated Risks Center is engaged in analytics in the area of the Bank's risk profile, performs methodological and control functions for risk management and capital adequacy assessment. The Department requires a Head of Department who will lead the team and ensure the high-quality execution of tasks in the area of the Bank's risk profile.
Experience: 3-6 years. - Leadership of a team of 3 people; - Development and updating of regulatory documents regarding internal procedures for capital adequacy assessment; - Compilation of internal reports on internal procedures for capital adequacy assessment, risk level control, and development of measures aimed at reducing risk levels; - Conducting aggregated stress testing for all significant risks, assessing the impact on capital; - Preparation of materials for the risk management committee; - Support for inspections by regulatory authorities within the established functional scope (provision of necessary information, preparation of explanations); - Interaction with bank divisions (sending requests, preparing responses, etc.); - Preparation of information regarding risks and capital for other bank reports.
