Head of Social Habilitation Center in Vidnoye, Moscow Region. Manage team, develop processes, ensure child support quality.

Responsibilities: — forming and managing a team of specialists; — building a child support route; — monitoring the quality of specialists' work; — developing internal processes of the Center; — defining directions and cost of paid services.

Requirements: — experience in a correctional/habilitation center; — understanding of working with children with disabilities; — team management experience; — specialized education will be an advantage.
