MONRO ART - 12 years creating personalized gifts: books, portraits, figurines. Tasks: - Build a content factory. - Manage content and organic traffic. - Implement AI and automation.

Experience creating short videos (Reels and similar) with proven organic reach. Ability to achieve results systematically: analyze metrics, test hypotheses, replicate successful formats. Practical experience creating AI automations - not just using ready-made services, but developing own working solutions. Ability to organize regular content production, set tasks and drive them to completion. Willingness to work from office in Kazan on a 5/2 schedule.

Salary: 120,000-200,000 RUB based on interview. Employment under Russian Labor Code, paid vacation and sick leave. Fully equipped workplace, office: Kazan, Gabdulla Tukay St., 113A.
