Head of Security, iGaming (NDA)

International iGaming company is looking for a Head of Security to build and manage the corporate security function. Remote with travel. Competitive compensation.

A large international iGaming company is seeking a Head of Security (not CISO) to build and manage the corporate security function globally. The company operates iGaming products, is actively scaling, and expanding into new GEOs. This is not a CISO role – the focus is on corporate, physical, and internal business security. Responsibilities: Manage the entire security function (at C-level); Build and develop processes: employee vetting (background checks, security service, polygraph), prevention of information leaks and internal incidents, physical security of offices and events; Organize access control systems and protection of corporate assets; Establish onboarding/offboarding processes from a security perspective; Manage a distributed security team (in different countries); Implement modern tools (including automation, AI).

Experience managing a corporate security function (Head / Director level); Understanding of both physical and economic security, without a focus on cybersecurity; Experience with internal investigations, leaks, and employee vetting; Fluent English and international work experience.
