Management of the Information Security team and processes Expertise in PCI DSS, Security Awareness, and secure development Implementation and operation of SIEM (Wazuh), DLP, PAM, MDM Organization of 24/7 monitoring and incident response Preparation for audits and development of Information Security policies

5+ years of experience in Information Security, with at least 2 years in a leadership position Deep understanding of regulatory aspects and secure development Experience in preparing for and passing PCI DSS audits Ability to work with SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and penetration testing tools English language proficiency - B2 level or higher Leadership skills, proactivity, and systemic thinking Stress resistance and responsibility for results
