Head of Sales Department

Fintech company in family office format seeks Head of Sales in Moscow office. Salary from 500,000 RUB net. Full-time, 5/2, 10:00-19:00.

Tasks: - Building a team from scratch (8-10 people) together with HR and full control of the sales department. - Conducting presentations and consultations on our products. - Building long-term relationships with clients. - Analyzing client needs and selecting optimal solutions. - Maintaining reporting and working with CRM system. - Participating in the development and improvement of client services.

Important for success: - Experience as Senior Manager, Head of Sales in financial services is mandatory. - Excellent communication skills. - Initiative, independence, and result orientation. - Confident PC skills and modern sales tools. - Having your own team will be an advantage.
