Head of Project / General Manager (iGaming) in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time role responsible for managing an iGaming product as a business unit, focusing on growth, economics, and strategy. Requires 5+ years in iGaming and team management experience.

We are looking for a strong operational leader for an international iGaming holding who is ready to manage the product as a separate business unit and influence its growth, economics, and strategy. About the role: This is not a classic Project Manager - this is a COO / General Manager position with full responsibility for the product's results. The portfolio includes White Label iGaming projects with live audiences, teams, and established infrastructure. What this role offers: ▪️Product ownership and influence on key business decisions ▪️Work with P&L and growth drivers ▪️Management of teams of 20 - 150+ people ▪️Scaling to Tier-1/2/3 markets ▪️Fast pace and minimal bureaucracy Main tasks: ▪️Management of product operational activities ▪️Synchronization of all functions: marketing / product / affiliate / support / finance ▪️Growth of key metrics: LTV, ROI, retention, traffic ▪️Launch and development of new markets ▪️Optimization of processes and improvement of team efficiency ▪️Work with budgets and financial indicators

▪️5+ years in iGaming ▪️Experience managing teams of 20+ people ▪️Experience managing a product or department with business responsibility ▪️Understanding of unit economics and key metrics ▪️Experience with acquisition / retention / affiliate ▪️Willingness to work in a high-paced environment
