Head of Product

Head of Product at FindYou for iGaming, responsible for product backlog, bonuses, and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities: - Own the backlog and priorities - Create and launch welcome bonuses and loyalty programs by geo and segments - Monitor bonus economics and metrics: GGR, registration conversion, and FTD - Conduct research and set tasks for the platform (turnkey), manage development through the PM provider - Supervise internal development: landing pages, bots, data, and reports - Manage processes, automation, and access

Requirements: - Product experience in iGaming - Experience in building bonuses and loyalty: mechanics, flows, anti-fraud - Team management experience - Strong operational skills
