Head of Press Service / Head of External Communications
Head of Press Service / Head of External Communications at the "My History" Charitable Foundation for the Support of Humanitarian Sciences. Location: Sevastopol. Responsibilities include developing communication strategy, media relations, content coordination, and team management.
“New Chersonesos” is a large museum-temple complex in Sevastopol, uniting museum, educational, cultural, spiritual, and event-based directions. We are creating a space where the great meanings of millennia and future technologies enter into dialogue with our contemporaries. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Development and implementation of the complex's communication strategy. • Formation of a unified public position on key projects, events, and news. • Organization of work with the media: press releases, comments, interviews, press briefings, media plans. • Preparation of texts for management: talking points, statements, columns, greetings, responses to sensitive questions. • Coordination of content for the website, social networks, Telegram channels, videos, and special projects. • Reputation monitoring: tracking publications, responding to negativity, preparing anti-crisis communications. • Information support for events, exhibitions, excursions, theatrical, and educational projects. • Management of the press service team and external contractors: editors, SMM, designers, photographers, videographers, production. • Interaction with internal directorates: development, hospitality, security, operations, legal, finance.
• Experience in press service, media, PR, communications, or media projects for at least 5 years. • Experience in managing a team or project group. • Strong Russian language skills: ability to write clearly, accurately, without jargon and "official PR". • Understanding of cultural-historical, spiritual, and educational themes. • Ability to work with sensitive topics: religion, history, state agenda, public criticism. • Skill in rapid response to information risks. • Experience interacting with federal, regional, or industry media. • Systemic approach: media plans, content plans, reporting, KPIs, execution control.
