Head of Marketing (B2B SaaS)
Head of Marketing for UX Feedback, a B2B SaaS platform. Remote position. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategy, leading the team, and working closely with CEO. Requires 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing and expertise in end-to-end analytics.
We are a product team creating the UX Feedback SaaS platform, which helps our clients listen to their consumers' 'voice' by asking the right questions at the right time. The platform helps companies gain insights from users they wouldn't have otherwise shared, leading businesses to work for the client, not against them. Our clients include major Russian companies like Tsian, Svyaznoy, Hoff, Askona, Gorzdrav, QIWI, Faberlic, Mvideo, Eldorado, and many others. TASKS: • Develop and update the company's marketing strategy based on data and business goals. • Formulate and communicate a clear product story: who we are, what problem we solve, why it's important. • Design and implement key marketing processes: planning, hypothesis testing, event execution. • Lead the marketing team (development, goal setting). • Work closely with the CEO as a strategic partner. • Build effective interaction processes with Product, BDM, and Customer Success departments. • Launch strategic experiments in new company directions, making decisions on scaling or closing channels based on data and strategic goals.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or services at the level of building a marketing system (including launching new channels and products). • Experience in building a marketing system 'from scratch' or fundamentally restructuring an existing one. • Deep understanding of end-to-end analytics (CAC, LTV, ROI) and the ability to set it up using modern tools (Yandex.Metrica, CRM, end-to-end analytics systems). • Ability to work with ideas and 'raw' data, segment audiences, identify new segments, and turn everything into working stories for clients. • Leadership skills: building processes, managing a team, setting the pace.
