Head of Legal at Smart Dynamics (AdTech). Flexible schedule, remote. Responsibilities: legal support, team management, IP, compliance, sanctions, GDPR, KYC. Requires legal education, 3+ years leading legal in AdTech, Cyprus mandatory.

AdTech company looking for Head of Legal to join the team. Responsibilities: • Legal support of the business, management of the legal department team • Monitoring legislation in AdTech and related areas • Managing the legal structure of the business • IP management • Legal document flow • Protecting company interests with regulators • Working on solutions related to legislative changes

• Higher legal education • Experience as head of legal service in an AdTech company 3+ years (affiliate, ad network, iGaming, adult) - must have • Experience with sanctions risks, IP, GDPR, KYC • Business orientation (understanding legal service as a business development tool) • Proactivity • Experience in different jurisdictions, Cyprus mandatory
