Smart Dynamics, an international AdTech product company, is hiring a Head of Legal to lead the legal function and act as a business partner. Full-time, remote, location EU/Cyprus/Serbia. No salary specified.

Smart Dynamics is an international product company in AdTech. It develops its own advertising technologies and works with advertisers, publishers, and partners worldwide. Future tasks: - Lead the legal function and develop the team. - Support the international AdTech business and new company projects. - Advise the business on Cyprus, EU, US, and other jurisdictions. - Be responsible for DSA, GDPR, advertising law, compliance, and moderation. - Support corporate matters: legal entities, banks, KYC/QI, contracts. - Manage legal risks, including sanctions. - Support IP, tax incentives, and IP Box. - Optimize legal processes with AI and automation.

What is important: - Higher legal education. - Experience leading a legal team. - Experience in AdTech / ad networks / digital advertising. - Knowledge of Cyprus legislation. - Practical experience with DSA, GDPR, and advertising regulation. - Understanding of advertiser / publisher / RTB models. - Experience with international legal entities, banks, and KYC/QI. - English — B2/C1. - Willingness to use AI in legal work. - Nice to have: sanctions expertise, IP Box, tax optimization.
