A large IT company group in the iGaming sector is looking for a Head of L&D. This is a new position created as part of the development of a centralized Learning & Development function within the group. Responsibilities: - Develop the learning and development strategy - Launch training programs - Conduct training sessions and workshops - Implement performance reviews - Manage the department's budget

5+ years of experience in T&D / Learning & Development Experience managing a team or function Experience in developing and conducting training sessions Experience with performance reviews, facilitation, and working with C-level executives English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2)
