Sovcombank is seeking an experienced and ambitious leader to head the IFRS department. Responsibilities include managing IFRS reporting, controlling IFRS 9 provisions, and optimizing accounting processes. Key expert for management and interaction with Big 4 auditors.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious leader to head the IFRS department and become a key player in our development. Responsibilities: - Lead the preparation of the Group's monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS financial statements, including calculations, disclosures, and presentation materials; - Control the calculation of IFRS 9 provisions and ensure data reconciliation in the 1C system; - Initiate and implement improvements in accounting processes: automate routine tasks, optimize the structure and methodology of accounting; - Oversee projects for setting up and developing parallel IFRS accounting in 1C: from methodology to testing ready-made solutions; - Be a key expert for management: advise on the application of standards, assess their changes, and develop internal regulations; - Conduct convergence of IFRS and RAS accounting; - Interact with Big 4 auditors, defending the company's methodology and agreeing on approaches for new products.
