Product IT company is looking for a Head of Frontend Development. Tasks: — lead the frontend team; — be responsible for deadlines, quality, and engineering processes; — develop architecture and technical practices; — hire and develop employees; — remain hands-on and get involved in key technical tasks; — communication with the business.

— 7+ years of experience in frontend development and 3+ years in management; — experience managing a team of 10+ developers; — strong expertise in JavaScript and readiness to work with a codebase not tied to frameworks; — participation in architecture and readiness to write code when needed; — experience creating complex responsive interfaces; — experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing employees.
