Head of Frontend Development

Product IT company seeks a Head of Frontend to lead frontend direction, ensure deadlines, quality, engineering processes, architecture, hiring and development. Hybrid in Moscow, full-time.

— Lead the frontend direction; — Responsible for deadlines, quality, and engineering processes; — Develop architecture and technical practices; — Hire and develop employees; — Stay hands-on and engage in key technical tasks; — Communicate with the business.

— 7+ years of frontend development experience, 3+ years in management; — Experience managing a team of 15+ developers; — Strong expertise in JavaScript and readiness to work with a codebase not tied to frameworks; — Participation in architecture and willingness to write code when necessary; — Experience creating complex adaptive interfaces; — Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing employees.
