Head of Frontend Development

Head of Frontend in a large product IT company. Full-time, hybrid in Moscow, Russia. Requires 7+ years in frontend, 3+ years in management, team of 15+ devs, Vanilla JS expertise.

Responsibilities: - Lead the frontend team and develop team leads - Be responsible for deadlines, quality, and engineering processes - Shape the technical vision for frontend development - Participate in architectural decisions and tackle complex technical tasks - Hire, develop, and support employees - Build effective collaboration with business and product

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in frontend development and 3+ years in management - Experience managing a team of 15+ developers - Strong expertise in JavaScript and readiness to work with Vanilla JS codebase - Experience creating complex adaptive interfaces and attention to UI/UX - Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing developers and team leads

Employment: full-time, official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Work format: hybrid with office visits in Moscow.
