Head of Finance | International IT / FinTech

Head of Finance for an international IT/FinTech company in the UAE. Focus on financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting, and building the finance function. Requires 10+ years of finance experience, strong Tech/SaaS/FinTech background, and international experience.

Your focus: • Financial strategy, modelling & FP&A • Budgeting, forecasting & cash flow • New markets, products & investment analysis • Building and optimising the finance function • Management reporting & financial controls

We’re looking for: • 10+ years of finance experience • Strong background in Tech / SaaS / FinTech • International experience; UAE / GCC experience strongly preferred • Fluent English & Russian
