Altegio is an international SaaS company developing business automation services worldwide. The company is launching an ESOP and going through a new investment round. We are looking for a Head of Finance to lead global financial strategy and build a modern finance function with active AI tool adoption. Responsibilities: - Investments and strategy: financial modeling, data room preparation, supporting the current fundraising round, and investor communication. - Operational finance: managing an international team and external contractors, controlling budgeting, cash flow, and reporting across all jurisdictions. - Taxes and capital: tax optimization (including launching an IP Box structure in Cyprus), M&A, and compliance. - Automation: implementing AI agents and automation into routine processes (reconciliation, forecasting, consolidation).

- 5+ years of experience as Head of Finance / Finance Director / CFO. - Experience with international jurisdictions and multi-currency financial flows. - Understanding of international tax law (experience with IP Box is a plus). - Experience supporting fundraising / M&A deals. - Willingness to practically apply AI and automation in finance. - Fluent Russian and English.
