Head of Executive Search

A7 company (subsidiary of PSB) seeks Head of Executive Search to manage C-level recruitment, full-cycle executive search, talent pool building, and onboarding.

Manage executive search direction for top managers (C-level, function heads, key positions). Full cycle of executive search. Form candidate pool for current positions of the group of companies (active search, referrals, networking, closed sources, etc.). Implement and use best executive search practices. Manage top-position recruitment funnel and regular reporting to management. Onboard candidates for key positions.

Experience in executive search / top-position recruitment for 4–5+ years. Experience in the financial sector. Deep understanding of the top manager market, strong active search and networking skills. High level of communication skills, ability to conduct complex negotiations. Systemic thinking, results orientation, ability to work in high uncertainty.
