Deep Ethereum and EVM experience. Has run an engineering team of 20+ across multiple teams, as a leader of leaders. Owned production systems under contractual SLAs. Deeply technical, with distributed-systems depth. Has hired well and retained people. Sound technical judgment, strategic thinking, commercial awareness. Direct, people-first leader, strong communicator, collaborative, high emotional intelligence, coach and multiplier, pragmatic and organized. Useful: L2 or ZK-rollup architecture, regulated financial infrastructure, experience of carve-out or post-acquisition integration. Not for someone who is not a box-checker, does not challenge, or is not a team player.
