Head of Design (iGaming)

Head of Design for a large international iGaming brand. Office in Limassol, Cyprus. Manage the design team, shape visual direction, and maintain a high hands-on level.

We are a large international iGaming brand, and we are looking for a strong Head of Design for our product team. We need a creative and systematic professional who can manage a team, build the visual direction, and maintain a high hands-on level. Key Responsibilities: • Managing the design department: task distribution, prioritization, deadline and quality control, conducting design reviews; • Shaping the company's visual direction: launching new products, developing concepts, identity, and brand books; • Independently implementing key and complex tasks (Web/UI, landing pages, creatives) and controlling the full design-production cycle; • Team development: mentoring, constructive feedback, and growth of employee competencies; • Implementing AI tools and modern approaches to accelerate and optimize design processes; • Forming design systems, unified visual standards, and cross-functional interaction with marketing and product.

• Experience in design from 4 years, of which 1-2 years in team management (Lead/Head); • Strong hands-on level: confident knowledge of Figma, deep understanding of UX/UI, typography, and composition; • Experience creating brands and identity from scratch, developing brand books, and designing digital products; • AI-first approach: practical experience with Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools; • Ability to manage team workload, set priorities, and take responsibility for the final result; • Systematic, independent, and strong communication skills. • Up-to-date portfolio.
