Head of Design - IGaming

Head of Design for a design team in the iGaming industry. Full-time, office in Limassol, Cyprus. Hands-on leadership, brand creation, AI-first mindset.

We are looking for a Head of Design to take over the development of the company's design direction, manage the team, and implement key creative projects. We need a strong hands-on leader who can build effective processes, create brands from scratch, maintain high visual standards, and personally work on complex tasks. Strong design background and AI-first mindset are important. What to do: - Manage the design team, distribute tasks, set priorities, and control deadlines and quality of work. - Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and develop the team's professional skills. - Shape the visual direction of the company and its products. - Create brands and visual identities from scratch, develop brandbooks and visual guidelines. - Personally work on key projects: landing pages, web interfaces, digital products, and advertising creatives. - Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and unified visual standards. - Interact with Marketing, SMM, Product, and Development teams to implement business tasks. - Implement AI tools and improve design processes to speed up production and find new creative solutions.

4+ years of experience in design and a strong portfolio. 1–2+ years of experience managing a design team or leading a design direction. Strong hands-on skills in Graphic Design and Web/UI Design. Proficient in Figma and modern design tools. Experience creating brands, brandbooks, visual guidelines, and design systems from scratch. Experience with landing pages, web interfaces, and digital products. Understanding of UX/UI, composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to build processes and develop a team. AI-first mindset and practical experience with Claude, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, or other AI tools. Independence, systems thinking, and readiness to take responsibility for results.

Full-time. Office work in Limassol, Cyprus, with possibility of relocation after probation period. Combination of team management and independent creative work.
