Own the P&L and drive revenue growth and profitability. Build and scale strategic partnerships across crypto, payments, and fintech. Develop acquisition strategies and optimize unit economics. Build and lead a lean team across Growth, Business Development, and Operations. Align Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance around business goals.

5+ years of experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or banking. Proven track record of P&L ownership and business growth. Hands-on experience launching or scaling crypto or financial products. Strong partnership development and negotiation skills. Knowledge of KYC/AML, MiCA, and crypto payment regulations. Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent English.
