Head of CRM position in an international iGaming product company based in Limassol, Cyprus. Responsibilities include developing CRM strategy, managing campaigns, and leading a team. Requires 3+ years of experience in iGaming CRM.
We are an international product company in the iGaming sector with a presence in Turkey, Europe, Africa, and Asia. We are looking for a Head of CRM to lead the department and be responsible for developing the CRM strategy and growing key metrics. Key tasks: — Development and management of CRM strategy and retention plans; — Setting and achieving KPIs for growth in metrics (casino/sportsbook); — Planning and launching promotional campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness; — Team management and development of the CRM department.
— 3+ years of experience as Head of CRM / CRM Lead in iGaming; — Experience in team management and CRM process development; — Strong analytical skills and understanding of CRM metrics.
