Head of Content / SMM Manager

Remote Head of Content for VSE VPN, a large VPN service. Lead Telegram channels, launch TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and partner media projects. Salary 120,000-200,000 RUB.

Responsibilities: - Manage two Telegram channels: create content plans, prepare useful and sales-oriented posts. - Launch and develop TikTok and Instagram from scratch. - Develop YouTube: full episodes and Shorts. - Generate topics, sections, formats, and scripts. - Organize content production for joint projects with major partners. - Find scriptwriters, editors, and other contractors, set tasks, and control results. - Analyze views, retention, product conversions, and purchases. - Test new formats and scale successful ones. - Initially write texts and scripts personally, control publications and release regularity.

Requirements: - Experience launching and developing social media from scratch. - Proven results in Telegram, TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. - Understanding of Shorts and full YouTube episode production. - Ability to write strong texts and scripts. - Experience managing scriptwriters, editors, and other contractors. - Ability to link content to traffic, registrations, and purchases. - Independence: from idea to release and result analysis. - A plus: having a proven team of contractors or subcontractors.
