Head of Analytics

International MFO company developing an online lending product in South Africa is looking for a Head of Analytics. Salary: 3-4k EUR/month. Office in Limassol.

Tasks: - Organize the work of the analytics team, control deadlines and quality. - Develop analytics infrastructure from scratch. - Control data quality and calculation of business metrics. - Collect and formalize requirements from the business. - Prioritize tasks and manage team workload. - Train and develop analysts. - Interact with management and other departments.

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in data analytics. - Experience managing a team or working as a Team Lead. - Experience in training and onboarding employees. - Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets. - Strong SQL (PostgreSQL): JOIN, CTE, window functions, subqueries, aggregate functions. - Experience in code review of SQL queries. Nice to have: experience in FinTech/MFO, knowledge of Python and report automation.
