Head of Analytics

Head of Analytics. Salary: 1500–2500 USD/month. Remote or relocation to Cyprus. Full-time, Mon-Fri. Market: South Africa. Build analytics department from scratch.

Organize the work of the analytics team: tasks, deadlines, quality. Formalize analytical requirements from business. Monitor data quality and calculation of business metrics. Prioritize tasks and manage team workload. Train and develop analysts. Build analytics infrastructure from scratch. Interact with other departments and management.

At least 2 years of experience in data analytics. Experience leading a team / working as a Team Lead. Experience in training and onboarding employees. Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets. Proficient in SQL PostgreSQL: JOIN, CTE, window functions, nested queries, aggregations, SQL code review.
