Opening search for a key role - Head of AI with direct influence on the company's business and strategy. This is not about 'making a couple of models'. It's about building and scaling the AI direction in a real business. Important context: The team will grow significantly (x2) -> you need not just to manage, but to build the structure, processes, and culture of AI. Direct access to the CEO -> it is important to be able to form a position, argue, and convey your point of view. Focus on real results -> not research for research's sake, but implementation with measurable effect. TASKS: • Build and scale the AI direction (x2 team growth). • Launch cases with measurable effect. • Balance between experiments and production. • Make AI a part of the product and business, not a showcase.

BACKGROUND FROM STRONG TECH COMPANIES: Yandex, Avito, Ozon, Wildberries, VK, Tinkoff, Alfa-Bank, Raiffeisen, Sber (including former employees). DIFFERENT TRACK IS OK: ML / DS / DE / DA or CPO / Product / Project with deep immersion in AI. SYSTEMIC THINKING: ability to build not one case, but a whole direction. BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING: how AI turns into money, efficiency, and product. SCALING EXPERIENCE: teams, initiatives, implementation into production. MATURITY: ability to argue, justify, and influence decisions at the top management level.
