Head of Affiliates

Head of Affiliates for Forex sector, fully remote (open to Cyprus). Salary $6,000-$7,000 base. Lead affiliate strategy and high-value partnerships.

Build, own, and lead the overall affiliate strategy and high-value partner portfolio. Own acquisition targets, commercial terms, and affiliate channel performance. Develop scalable operational processes, advanced reporting, and key partner relationships. Identify and onboard top-tier Forex partners to scale global acquisition.

Proven affiliate leadership experience strictly within the Forex / FX industry (required). Track record of managing high-value partner relationships and commercial negotiations. Strong analytical mindset with expertise in channel performance metrics and scalable processes. Based in Cyprus (or open to working remotely within local time zones).

Compensation: $6,000 – $7,000 Base Salary (higher base negotiable for top performers). 100% Remote (Open for Cyprus).
