Head of Affiliate

Head of Affiliate for a performance marketing agency in Limassol, Cyprus. Lead affiliate team, scale global network in iGaming and Forex. On-site, negotiable salary plus bonuses.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Affiliate to lead partner’s team and scale their global affiliate network across the iGaming and Forex sectors of a fast-growing performance marketing agency in Limassol! Key Responsibilities: • Manage, mentor, and set clear KPIs for the internal affiliate team • Onboard, negotiate, and maintain high-value affiliate partnerships (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) • Collaborate closely with Media Buying teams to align paid campaigns with affiliate channels • Track performance, ROI, and campaign metrics using industry tracking platforms

• Proven affiliate management experience within iGaming & Forex • Track record in team leadership and people management • Solid understanding of media buying channels (PPC, Social, Native) • Strong analytical skills & experience with affiliate tracking software • Fluency in English & ability to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus
